Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
Chandag Primary School’s PTA has recently formed following the merge of Chandag’s Infant and Junior Schools. We are coming together to join forces and hope to encourage more volunteers to help build this new PTA into an elite fundraising machine.
The main function of our PTA is to support the school by:
- Enhancing, enriching and improving the learning experiences in our school
- We’d also like to be able to provide those ‘little extras’ that make school memorable; former examples include: Christmas panto, medals to mark the King’s Coronation and teddy bears for school leavers.
We also exist to bring the communities of school and home closer together because it makes sense for parents to be involved in the life of their chosen school.
Lastly, we’re here for the simple reason that we want to get together socially, meet new people, and have fun.
The PTA always needs new faces and new ideas, so please come and be a part of a great team and help make a difference for all the children at Chandag Primary School. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.
